Earlier, former India legend Kapil Dev said he wants to slap the left-hander as soon as he recovers from the injuries.

After India’s star cricketer Rishabh Pant met with a serious accident, Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela wished the star cricketer a speedy recovery on Friday. When a photographer asked her if prayers are with Pant, she replied, "Humari bhi (Mine as well)."

Pant was travelling from Delhi to Uttarakhand when his car collided with a divider near Roorkee on December 30. Although his car caught fire during the car crash, Pant was able to escape in time with help of some locals. As per reports, the doctors treating Pant have predicted that the star player won't be able to make a comeback for over next few months, which means majority of 2023, including this year's IPL and ODI World Cup  2023 in India.

Earlier, former India legend Kapil Dev said he wants to slap the left-hander as soon as he recovers from the injuries.

“I have a lot of love for him. I want him to recover so that I can go and slap him and tell him to look after himself. Because of your accident, the entire team is in tatters. I love him, but I am also angry at him. Why do such youngsters of today’s times make such mistakes? There should be a slap for it,” Kapil Dev said.

“First blessings, that he gets all the love in the world, may the almighty give him good health. First that, but after that, like parents have this responsibility to slap the children if they make mistakes,” he added.
