Netizens Want Yuvraj Singh To Apologize To Yuzvendra Chahal; Here's Why!

After the video surfaced on social media, several people on Twitter criticized Yuvraj for using the ''casteist slur' and unintentionally insulting a particular community.

New Delhi: The Indian cricket team's former star all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is facing a lot of flak on social media for unintentionally using a 'casteist remark' for spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.

During an Instagram live with Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj had called Chahal a 'b***gi' for making TikTok videos with his family.

After the video surfaced on social media, several people on Twitter criticized Yuvraj for using the ''casteist slur' and unintentionally insulting a particular community.

"Yeh b***gi log ko kaam nahi hai yeh Yuzi aur isko (Kuldeep)," says Yuvraj. To which, Rohit adds, "Yuzi ko dekha kya video daala hai apni family ke saath. Maine usko wahi bola ki apne baap ko nacha raha hai, pagal toh nahi hai tu."

Recently, Yuvraj was also criticized by India fans for donating to Afridi's charity in the fight against the deadly COVID-19.

Yuvraj Singh had later sent a stern message to Afridi for his anti-India remarks, saying he regrets his call for assistance to the Pakistani player's charity, 'Shahid Afridi Foundation'.
