'He Was Constantly Abusing...': Mohammad Amir Calls Naveen-ul-Haq A Liar, Reveals What Afridi Told Afghan Bowler After The Match
According to a tweet posted by Pakistani sports journalist Saj Sadiq, Mohammad Amir has declared Naveen-ul-Haq a liar and also revealed that he never made any negative remarks about Naveen or Afghanistan.
It has been a few days since the Lanka Premier League (IPL 2020) started in Sri Lanka, but the tournament, apart from witnessing some quality cricket, has also started to see heated arguments among the players. One such incident went viral on social media after Pakistani cricketers Mohammad Amir and Shahid Afridi were involved in a scuffle with Afghanistan cricketer Naveen-ul-Haq during a game. When Shahid Afridi and Mohammad Amir got in a verbal spat with Naveen-ul-Haq
The incident took place at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium between the Kandy Tuskers and Gallee Gladiators in the Lanka Premier League. There was a heated altercation between Naveen-ul-Haq and Mohammad Aamir in the 18th over of Gladiator's innings. After the match was over, Shahid Afridi was seen giving a mouthful to Tuskers' speedster Naveen-ul-Haq. Many videos and photos of this incident also went viral on social media.
Recently, Shahid Afridi posted a tweet from his official Twitter handle about the scuffle and tried to teach Naveen-ul-Haq the lesson of 'Spirit of Cricket'. But Naveen-ul-Haq retaliated and accused Aamir of "abusing him and his people"

According to Aamir, Naveen-ul-Haq was constantly abusing him and suggested he should have gone to jail for 5 years.

Mohammad Amir reveals what Shahid Afridi told to Naveen-ul-Haq during after the match
“At the end of the innings, I was a little riled up also and as you know the heart rate is already. Shahid Bhai was trying to make him understand that these aren’t the type of ethics we should have, that he should not behave like that with his seniors, that he should be a gentleman; This is cricket and you get hit for 4s and 6s but you can also get wickets,” Amir said while speaking to Pak Passion.
In the match, Kandy Tuskers scored 196 runs for five wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Brandon Taylor scored an unbeaten 51 and Kusal Mendis contributed with valuable 49 runs. Sandakan took two wickets from Galle Gladiators. In response, Shahid Afridi's team could score just 171 runs for seven wickets in 20 overs. Mohammad Aamir scored 15 runs off 12 balls.
