Watch: Virat Kohli Pulls Off A Stunner To Dismiss Debutant Cameron Green

India vs Australia: Skipper Virat Kohli dived to his left to catch the ball through thin air. With this catch by Kohli, Green's innings of 11 runs ended and Ashwin also got his third wicket.

In the ongoing Adelaide Test, Indian captain Virat Kohli is not only leading the team but also setting examples in front of his teammates by his all-round performance. Captain Kohli, who led his team to a respectable total with his batting against Australia on the first day, has now set a great example in the field as well.

While other Indian fielders were sloppy today, giving three lives to the same Australian batsman, Kohli not only brought great success to the team by jumping in the air in superman style, but also showed the rest of the players how taking catches is necessary to win the match.

On the second day of the Adelaide Test, Indian bowlers completely rattled the Australian batsmen. Jasprit Bumrah took two wickets in the first session and then in the second session, R Ashwin took 3 wickets including the big wicket of Steve Smith. However, during this time the Indian team gave three lives to Marnus Labuschagne 3 times, which embarrassed the team.

After this, Captain Kohli himself set an example in front of the team through superb fielding. In the second session, Ashwin was constantly troubling Australian batsmen with his spin.

During this time, Cameron Green, playing his first Test match, was at the crease. Green initially faced Ashwin vigorously, but in an attempt to play an aggressive shot towards mid-wicket, he failed to put the required power behind his shot and skipper Kohli dived to his left to catch the ball through thin air. With this catch by Kohli, Green's innings of 11 runs ended and Ashwin also got his third wicket.

This catch of Kohli will be a big lesson for the rest of the fielders of Team India. In the first session itself, first wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha dropped a difficult catch of Marnus Labuschagne. After this Jasprit Bumrah also dropped an easy catch of Labuschagne. The situation remained the same in the second session as well and this time Prithvi Shaw dropped a sitter from his hands.
