India U19 T20 WC: Soumya Tiwari’s Heartwarming Reply To Virat Kohli's Tweet, Says 'Is this real?'

As soon as they lifted the trophy, many cricketers started wishing them. India’s batting great Virat Kohli took to his Twitter and praised the girls.

The Indian U19 women's team won the inaugural T20 World Cup and created history. India restricted England to 68 in 17.1 overs and outplayed them by seven wickets.  As soon as they lifted the trophy, many cricketers started wishing them. India’s batting great Virat Kohli took to his Twitter and praised the girls.

“U-19 World Cup Champions! What a special moment! Congratulations girls on your triumph,” Kohli had tweeted.

Soon after Kohli’s tweet,  Soumya Tiwari, one of the members of the U19 World Cup-winning team, responded to Kohli's tweet.

She shared a screenshot of the tweet and wrote, “Is this real?”

“Like seriously, what else u can ask for after the World Cup ..”

Soumya is a huge fan of Virat Kohli and wears the same jersey (number 18) that Kohli wears. In the final match of the tournament, she scored an unbeaten 24 in the run chase and helped India win the game.

Post winning the title, BCCI secretary Jay Shah also declared a cash prize of ₹5 crores for the India squad.
