IND vs WI: Weather Forecast, Rain Prediction At Port Of Spain For 2nd ODI
Both the teams are set to lock horns in the 2nd ODI on Sunday at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain in Trinidad
The first India vs West Indies ODI on Thursday was washed out due to heavy rains in Guyana. Not only the fans but Indian skipper Virat Kohli was left frustrated as only 13 overs could be bowled in the match after which it was called off.
Both the teams are set to lock horns in the 2nd ODI on Sunday at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain in Trinidad. And here comes the good news for fans as the weather is expected to remain clear in the city on Sunday and a full match is expected to take place.
As predicted by Accuweather, it’s going to be partly cloudy day in the morning and in the afternoon as well. However, the chances of rainfall lies pretty low, between 20 per cent, in the early morning hours to going down to 7 per cent by the afternoon.
Earlier on Friday, Kohli was particularly unhappy with the end result of the first ODI as he said during the post-match presentation that a rain-affected match is the worst part of cricket.
“It’s probably the worst part of cricket, a stop-start is never a good feeling. Either it should rainout or play the full game. The more stops you have, the more you want to be careful to ensure that the players don’t injure themselves,” the skipper said.
