The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the schedule for the T20 World Cup 2024 on Friday (January 5). The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan (IND vs PAK) T20 World Cup 2024 clash is all set to be staged in New York on June 9, the official announcement has confirmed. However, a viral social media post has shared visuals of the Nassau County Stadium site, claiming that the stadium has not yet been constructed. The post was made by the user Peter Della Danna on microblogging site X and shared visuals of allegedly the site where the stadium would be there in due time.

While the tournament will commence on June 1 with the first match set to be played between co-hosts USA and Canada, the final match of the marquee event is slated in Barbados, West Indies on June 29 (Saturday).
