New Delhi: Veteran Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir has given us numerous moments of pride with his excellent game and he is regarded as one of the most humble Indian cricketers to grace the field.

In yet another humble gesture, the Delhi-born southpaw has launched a new campaign under the ‘Gautam Gambhir Foundation’ to feed the poor and hungry.

The Gautam Gambhir Foundation promises to beat hunger by serving free food every day from 1PM to 3 PM in Delhi’s West Patel Nagar area.

“Compassion in my heart, a plate in my hand & a prayer on my lips 'No one should sleep hungry' #ggf #communitykitchen1.”

“365 days, 52 weeks, 12 months, numerous hungers & Ek Asha #communitykitchen1 #ggf.”
