The toss for IND vs SL Asia Cup 2023 Final is scheduled to take place at 2:30 PM IST and the match starts at 3:00 PM IST. Rain is expected to affect the match in the evening as well, resulting in frequent interruptions or even reduction of match overs. As per the ICC rules, at least 20 overs per side need to be bowled for a match to be considered as an official ODI fixture.
