'Men In Blue' have featured in a total of 12 T20Is in Australia. Out of 12 games, they have won seven.

Nervous breath all around as we are just days away from the ICC T20 World Cup that is set to take place in Australia from October 16-November 13. This is the first time Australia is hosting the mega event.

Rohit Sharma & Co. have already reached the land down under. They will be looking to clinch the title as it has been 15 years since the Indian team led by MS Dhoni won the title. 

'Men In Blue' have featured in a total of 12 T20Is in Australia. Out of 12 games, they have won seven. It’s the Indian batters who are responsible for such a formidable record down under. 

A Look At India's Most Successful Batters In Australia In T20I:

Virat Kohli: The former India skipper has donned the Blue jersey in 11 T20Is in the country and scored 451 runs at an outstanding average of 64.42. He also has five half-centuries in his kitty. 

Shikhar Dhawan: The second-string Indian skipper has missed out on India’s squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup yet he has been one of India’s great white-ball batters. Having played nine matches in Australia, he has amassed 271 runs with an average of 33.87.

Rohit Sharma: The current India skipper has featured in nine T20Is and made 181 runs average of 25.85. This adds two half-centuries also.

KL Rahul: Rohit’s deputy has been backed by the Indian team management despite having a rough form. KL Rahul has played in six matches and scored 108 runs on  Australian soil. 

Suresh Raina: Mr. IPL, Dhoni’s close friend or The Golden Arm, yes it’s Suresh Raina. The former Indian player is one of the T20 greats of all time. Donned the Indian jersey in 5 matches in Australia, he collected 104 runs at an extraordinary strike rate of 140.54
