The partnership PM Modi referred to in his tweet was the one stitched by Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Kaif from the Natwest final (2002) where India was given a stiff target of 326 to win the match. India were tottering at 146/5 when both Yuvraj and Kaif got together at the crease and produced a game changing match to turn the tables and win the finals against England at the Lord's. The duo put on a partnership of 121 runs to help India stage a major fightback. Yuvraj was dismissed for 69 runs, but Kaif batted well the tailenders to give India a win in the final over by two wickets and with three balls to spare. An important message from PM @narendramodi ji to the nation to fight against #CoronaVirus.
