Champions League: Cristiano Ronaldo's 95th Minute Goal Saves Man United From Embarrassing Defeat Vs Villareal | Matchday 2 Review
UCL Matchday-2: Cristiano Ronaldo's late goal saves United from 3rd straight loss! Chelsea loses to Juventus.
UEFA Champions League: Cristiano Ronaldo has emerged as a saviour once again for Manchester United on a fateful European night. His 95th-minute winner against Villareal saved Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from embarrassment after a dismal managerial show. It was ecstasy for Manchester United fans after Cristiano's goal as the Red Devils were losing 0-1 in the 60th minute.
The first goal for Man United was straight from the training ground as Alex Telles struck a volley into the net. He was assisted by Bruno Fernandes who took a free-kick just outside the penalty box.
Manchester United's manager decided to play without a central-defensive midfielder which caught them unawares in the midfield. It also led to the likes of Sancho and McTominay playing in unusual positions. Once Nemanja Matic was on the pitch, United looked like a different side.
All of the pressure in the final 10 minutes led to Cristiano Ronaldo scoring a goal that was assisted by Lingard. Ronaldo took off his shirt with the last kick and left the United fans jumping. But there was more relief than joy amongst the fans as they avoided a third-straight loss.

David De Gea's saves were crucial for Man United. He won the Man of the Match award!
Barcelona Face Shocking Defeat
FC Barcelona lost 3-0 to Benfica. A club that was nearly unbeatable until a few years ago has been reduced to a side that finds it difficult to go beyond the UCL group stage. Leo Messi's departure has affected the club's performance.
Chelsea also faced a defeat against a defensive Juventus side that isn't doing too well in the Italian League. Nonetheless, there are four more matches to be played by each team in the group stages and things can change very quickly for the teams that have lost.
