India's tour of Sri Lanka: Young players like Devdutt Padikkal, Prithvi Shaw, Krishnappa Gautam and Chetan Sakariya have been given a chance for the Sri Lanka tour. Apart from this, two wicket-keepers are also present in the team in form of Ishan Kishan and Sanju Samson.
The Indian team, led by new captain Shikhar Dhawan, left for the Sri Lanka tour on Monday. India will play a series of three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals on this tour. The tour will begin with an ODI series, the first match of which will be played on July 13.
Former India captain Rahul Dravid will be seen playing the role of head coach of Team India on this tour. The news of the team's departure has been shared by the BCCI via its official Twitter handle. In the picture, all the players have been photographed together.

Regarding this young team, captain Dhawan has said that these players have a golden opportunity to make a place in the main team by performing brilliantly in this series. After the ODI series, a T20 series will be played between India and Sri Lanka, which will start from July 21.
