1. Boil The Milk: Take milk and boil it with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Continue boiling until the milk reduces to half its original quantity.

2. Caramelise the Sugar: Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir until the sugar melts and caramelises to a golden brown colour.

3. Combine Milk and Caramelised Sugar: Carefully add the boiling milk to the caramelised sugar in the pan. Stir continuously until the caramelised sugar completely dissolves in the milk.

4. Cool the Milk: Allow the milk mixture to cool down to room temperature.

5. Add Yogurt: Once the milk has cooled, mix in the yogurt thoroughly. Opt for home-made yogurt.

6. Set in an Earthen Pot: Pour the milk and yogurt mixture into an earthen pot. Leave it in a warm place overnight to set.
