1. Ukraine claims that Russia will intensify it's attack this week as Ukraine waits for it's EU membership status from the European Union in the coming days.

Clear cut explainer on the new guidelines issued by the Indian Air Force under the Agnipath scheme :-

1. Agniveers enrolled under the Agnipath scheme wil get the same fascilities such as uniform allowance, hardship allowance, canteen fascilities and medical fascilities just like every other regular soldiers.
2. Agniveers will get a leave of thirty days every year and will also be provided with sick leave.
3. If any Agniveer dies in the line of duty then the family will be given a compensation of Rs 1 crore.
4. If any Agniveer becomes handicap in the line of duty then he will be given a compensation of Rs 44 lakh including the salary of the remaining period in their service.
5. Agniveers will be given medical fascilities and CSD fascilities only during their time of service.
6. Agniveers will get a salary of Rs 30,000 in the first year, Rs 33,000 in the second year, Rs 35,500 in the third year and Rs 40,000 in the fourth year excluding the 30% monthly amount to be given to the Agniveer Corpus Fund.
7. Agniveers will get an insurance cover of Rs 48 lakh during their service.
8. 25% of the Agniveer will be recruited in the rugular force based on their performance during their service.
