1. Russia has asked Ukrainian forces in Severodonetsk to lay down their arms and surrender and then only Russian forces will make a humanitarian corridor for citizens to evacuate.
2. European Union's President Ursula Von Der Lyn has expressed interest to start energy cooperation with Israel after they blocked Russian energy flow into EU.
3. United Arab Emirates has banned the export and re-export of wheat from India for four months. 

National Headlines :-
1. Rahul Gandhi quizzed by ED for the second day for over ten hours and asked to appear tomorrow as well.Congress leaders like Sachin Pilot, Randeep Surjewala and  Imran Pratapgarhi were detained.
2. Industrialists Anand Mahindra, Pankaj R Patel, Venu Srinivasan and Ravindra H Dholakia were appointed as non-official directors of Reserve Bank of India by the Central Government for four years. 
3. Election Comission of India has started the nomination process for the Presidential Elections scheduled for next month.
4. Opposition parties including AITMC and Congress held an opposition meeting for the Presidential Elections next month.
