Chelsea defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the pulsating UEFA Champions League 2021 Final at the Estádio do Dragão. A first half goal from Kai Kavertz was enough for Chelsea to become the champions of Europe after 9 years. This is Chelsea's second title triumph as they had won the title in the year 2012.
