Ishan Kishan's 81-run innings was the highest score by any batter against Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

With his mighty innings, Kishan surpassed two-time World Cup winner MS Dhoni's record (76 in 2008).

Highest score by an Indian wicket-keeper against Pakistan in Asia Cup: 82 by Ishan Kishan in 2023, 76 by MS Dhoni in 2008, 56 by Surinder Khanna in 1984, 56 by MS Dhoni in 2010.

Ishan Kishan also became the 2nd Indian wicket-keeper batter ever after Dhoni to score four consecutive ODI fifties.

He scored three fifties against West Indies before India vs Pakistan match on Saturday in the 2023 Asia Cup.
