Recently, they lost the game against South Africa in match 26 by a wicket. There is still some hope for Pakistan as they are not out of the semi-final race as yet. If they seal victory in all of their remaining games, that too by a big margin, they do have a chance. (Getty)

Their fate also depends on the other teams as they will have to hope for England, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh to beat five-time winners Australia. (Getty)
