Pop star Billie Eilish issued an apology on social media after a clip of her using anti-Asian slur re-surfaced on the internet. She clarified that she was only speaking in a 'silly gibberish voice' in the other video from the edited clip, which was heavily circulated on different platforms.

Billie has won seven Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards and two American Music Awards. The 19-year-old's debut EP 'Don't Smile at Me' creates ripples on the music charts upon its release in 2017.

Billie achieved another milestone when she became the youngest person to win the Grammy Awards in four main categories in 2020—Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year.

The singer had earlier revealed that she suffered from Tourette syndrome and even battled depression.
