PICS: Geeta Basra Sets Major Fitness Goals As She Performs Yoga During Pregnancy

Harbhajan Singh's wife and Bollywood actress Geeta Basra is all set to welcome a new member into her life. The actress announced her second pregnancy by sharing a cute post on social media on March 14, 2021.

Geeta Basra shared several pictures wherein she can be seen performing different Yoga asanas. She informed her fans that she has been practising Yoga even before her pregnancy.

"So during COVID times when there’s very little to no physical activity.. you can’t go anywhere, unsafe to go to gyms etc especially for expecting mothers, the one thing that has got me through this pregnancy is YOGA. It was something I practiced with my guru @rohitflowyoga even before being pregnant on a daily basis but during pregnancy with constant back aches and cramps yoga has surely given me relief in many ways," Geeta wrote on Instagram.

Geeta shared a long post on Instagram and recommended the expecting mothers to practice. She stressed on the importance of practicing Yoga under the supervision of a professional trainer.

So for many expectant mothers out there looking for some form of exercise, this is something I truly recommend (even to those who are not pregnant). But please note any form of training and practice should ONLY be done under the supervision of a professional," the soon-to-be mommy wrote.

Geeta is a proud mother to Hinaya, who was born on July 27, 2016 in Portsmouth. She often shares pictures with her daughter on her official Instagram handle.

Harbhajan and Geeta, who got married on October 29, 2015 in Jalandhar, are all set to welcome their second child in July 2021. While fans praised Geeta for her fitness in the comments section, her husband dropped hearts emoji on the post. (All PICS Credit: Instagram)
