Veteran Bollywood actor and former BJP MP Paresh Rawal became the latest celebrity to become a victim of a death hoax. The 'Hera Pheri' star took to social media to refute the rumour about his death.

Paresh Rawal busted his death hoax with a witty response on Twitter. He tweeted, "Sorry for the misunderstanding as I slept past 7am." Meme makers had a field day as they shared rib-tickling memes on social media after Paresh's tweet went viral.

Mukesh Khanna, fondly known for playing the role of Shaktimaan, had to share a video on social media to put an end to the rumour of his death. He strongly reacted to his death hoax and said that the rumour mongers should be 'caught and beaten up'.

Anupam Kher had shared a post on Twitter to squash the rumour about his wife Kirron Kher's health. He tweeted, "here is a rumour going around about #Kirron’s health. It is all false. She is doing absolutely fine." The veteran actor was forced to share the tweet after some gossip mongers spread rumours about Kirron's death on social media.

Popular singer Lucky Ali took to his Instagram story to put an end to the speculations about his death. He wrote, "I'm alive and well and resting in peace at home haha. Hope you all are staying in and staying safe." The 'On Sanam' singer posted the note after the rumours of him succumbing to COVID-19 surfaced on the internet.
