The trailer release of Prime Video's upcoming 'Angry Young Men,’ exploring the creative partnership and legacy of Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, was attended by Salman Khan, Farhan Akhtar and others.

Salim-Javed, the iconic screenwriting duo are known to transform Indian cinema in the 1970s with classics like Zanjeer, Sholay, and Deewar.

Angry Young Men is a collaborative production involving Salman Khan Films, led by Salman Khan; Excel Entertainment, headed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani; and Tiger Baby Films, owned by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti.

The three-part series will premiere on Prime Video on August 20.

Apart from Salman Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar, other members of both Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar were present at the trailer launch.

Salim Khan's daughter Alvira Agnihotri attended the trailer launch with husband Atul Agnihotri and daughter Alizeh.

Farhan Akhtar's wife Shibani Dandekar attended the launch in a black co-ord set.

Salim Khan's grandson and Arbaaz Khan, Malaika arora's son Arhaan was also seen at the trailer launch.

Sohail Khan is seen with his sister Arpita Khan's daughter in the picture.

Salim-Javed are celebrated for reshaping the Bollywood blockbuster with their films, which not only catered to the masses but also reflected the societal angst of their era.
