Kim’s outfit consists of a corset crafted from eighteenth-century antique brocade fabric, paired with a sheer skirt, hand-wired with silver metal formations resembling lace, flowers, leaves, and sprigs.

She draped a pale grey thistle-washed boiled cashmere cardigan over the corset.

Maison Margiela posted Kim’s look on Instagram and shared that the look is "inspired by the symbiotic love affair between Elizabeth Taylor and her jewellery."

What took all the attention was her waist.

It looked as if the corset left a very little breathing space and made her waist look overtly thin.

Netizens were quick to comment on her waist. A user wrote, "Girl...Slay. But where did you put all your internal organ."
