Anton Geraschchenko, a Ukrainian adviser on internal affairs, shared a clip from the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko, the counterpart from Belarus. Putin appeared to be struggling with his jerky leg movements in the alleged video.

Visegrad, a news organisation, also shared the alleged video, stating, "Looks like something is wrong." In the meantime, internet users inquired about Vladimir Putin's health, with some claiming that his jittery legs were a sign of Parkinson's disease.
