Imran Khan on Pulwama attack: If India launches any attack, Pakistan will retaliate in full measures

The Pakistan PM said that 70000 Pakistani lost their lives fighting insurgency in the country so the nation fully understood the burnt of terrorism. He added that India is putting the blame on Pakistan for the attack without any substantial proof.

Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan questioned India’s claim of his nation’s involvement in deadly fidayeen attack which left over 40 of India's CRPF personnel dead in Kashmir’s Pulwama. The Pakistan PM said that 70000 Pakistani lost their lives fighting insurgency in the country so the nation fully understood the brunt of terrorism. He added that India is putting the blame on Pakistan for the terror attack without any substantial proof. Khan  advocated for peace and solidarity between the two sub continent nations. He said that India is free to use their intelligence inputs and share it with Pakistan.He added that Pakistan will fully cooperate with India in carrying out a joint investigation in the cause of the dastardly attack.  Khan said that his nation wanted to eliminate terrorism in any form as Pakistan has faced a heavy toll losing lakhs of lives and couple of billion dollars. The Pakistan PM once again reiterated  his stand for a dialogue on the Kashmir issue as military intervention was not a permanent solution in the long term. Khan dint hold back in saying that if any attack is carried out by India on Pakistan's soil, they will retaliate in full measures. He said that war is the last resort for improving ties between India and Pakistan. He added that starting a war was in the hands of humans but what would be the ultimate consequences of the war god only knows. Imran choose to remain close guarded on the subject of terror groups operating from their soil. He avoided making any remarks on the Jiash-E- Mohammad and their Chief Maulana Masood Azhar, who is considered the mastermind of the deadly attack on the CRPF convey in Pulwama, a couple of days ago.
