A 4.2-magnitude tremor was recorded in Nepal, a day after the country's worst earthquake in eight years on Friday.
Even as rescue operations continued in the Jajarkot district in western Nepal, the authorities shifted scores of injured persons to multiple hospitals in the foothills and some of them may be airlifted to India, PTI reported.
"We have 26 victims here. There are injuries like - head injuries, abdominal injuries, chest injuries, and leg injuries...We have manpower also... We are prepared. We are ready. The judgment team is very active...," ANI quoted Public Health Inspector of Surkhet Province Hospital as saying. Those injured in the Nepal earthquake are undergoing treatment at Surkhet Province Hospital.

The tremors from the Friday earthquake with epicentre in Nepal was felt as far as New Delhi and NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and other adjoining parts of north India, National Center for Seismology (NCS) scientist Shankar Pal tells PTI.
The Nepal Police has confirmed that the toll in last night's earthquake has risen to 133.
The death toll has reached 129 after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal on Friday night.

Several houses in Bheri in Jajarkot, where the epicentre of the quake lied, were reduced to rubble after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake jolted Nepal on Friday night.
"We are deeply saddened by the devastating impact of the 6.4 magnitude earthquake that struck western Nepal last night," said the UNICEF in a statement.
"UNICEF & partners are assessing damages & the toll of the disaster on children & families, as we prepare to provide support during this challenging time," it added.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expresses grief on loss of lives and extends all possible assistance. Taking to X, the PM writes: "Deeply saddened by loss of lives and damage due to the earthquake in Nepal. India stands in solidarity with the people of Nepal and is ready to extend all possible assistance. Our thoughts are with the bereaved families and we wish the injured a quick recovery."
Visuals shared by news agency ANI show rescue teams bringing the victims of the earthquake to hospitals. Following the tremors, local authorities, security agencies, political parties, and local youth swung into action for relief and rescue operations.
Deputy chief of Nalgarh Municipality under Jajarkot district, where lied the epicentre, Sarita Singh has also been killed in the quake.
Bheri Hospital, Kohalpur Medical College, Nepalgunj military hospital and Police Hospital have been made dedicated hospitals for the earthquake-affected, say the authorities in Nepal according to ANI.
Instructions have been given to station an ambulance at Nepalgunj Airport and military barrack helipad.
All the heli-operators in Nepal have been asked to remain in standby and regular flight operations have been suspended to facilitate the airlifting of injured from affected areas, say the officials, reports ANI.

The eartquake has triggered landslide at various places around the epicentre in Nepal.

People in the Delhi-NCR and other parts of India were jolted by a major tremor on Friday night with its epicentre in western Nepal. The epicentre of the quake was located at Lamidanda area in Jajarkot district with a magnitude of 6.4 on the Richter scale, according to officials at the National Earthquake Measurement Centre.
A strong tremor was felt in capital Kathmandu and surrounding areas, around 500 kilometres from the epicentre.
While no information on the damage caused by the quake was immediately known, later reports stated that around 69 people were killed in Nepal.
Local officials said it had not been possible to establish contact in the area near the epicentre in Jajarkot, scattered in remote hills with a population of 1,90,000.
Nepal Prime Minister Pushp Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' expressed his grief over the loss of lives and instructed the security agencies for immediate rescue and relief operations. Later in the day, he reached the affected aread and met with the families of the victims.
According to a Kathmandu Post report, the areas that suffered the most damage were Jajarkot, West Rukum, and Ramidanda.
55 casualties were reported from Jajarkot alone which included Deputy Mayor of Nalgad Municipality Sarita Singh, while 55 others were reported injured as per the report.
The death toll on West Rukum was 36, according to preliminary data, said Deputy Superintendent of Police of West Rukum district Namaraj Bhattarai. Thirty-six people were reported dead in Aathbiskot Municipality, and eight more in Sanibheri Rural Municipality.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed grief on the loss of lives and assured all possible assistance to the neighbouring Himalyan nation.
