Central Intelligence Agency CIA 'live tweets' its top secret mission Osama bin Laden raid in Abbottabad Pakistan

New Delhi: The Central Intelligence Agency has marked the anniversary of the killing of Osama bin Laden by tweeting a "real time" account of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden by US special forces on his compound in Pakistan. Using the hashtag #UBLRaid, the CIA blasted out updates of the top secret mission as if it was unfolding in real time- in a highly unusual move for the secretive spy agency. Osama bin Laden was killed on 2 May 2011 after a raid on his compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan by United States Navy Seal commandos.
