It was joke; people should develop sense of humour: Markandey Katju on Bihar remark

Speaking to ABP News, Justice Markandey Katju justified his Bihar remark by saying that it was just joke. People should develop sense of humour, he added. Katju in one of his Facebook posts, compared Bihar with Pakistan saying, “Pakistan got all the ideas of Jungle Raj from Bihar”.
