New Delhi: A video has emerged from Kannauj district of Uttar Pradesh in which a sales tax commissioner can be seen beating a toll plaza employee. In the CCTV footage, first, he can be seen arguing with the employee. Then he grabbed his collar. Another toll plaza employee can be seen pacifying the government servant.
