WATCH| Jaya Bachchan Shoves Fan Trying To Take Selfie During Howrah Rally, Video Goes Viral
Actress-turned-politician and Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan pushed and shoved a fan who was trying to take a selfie during her rally for TMC in Howrah.
People have been getting glimpses of filmstars and actor turned politicians organizing massive political campaigns in West Bengal. Recently, Samajwadi Party leader Jaya Bachchan was seen campaigning for Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress in Kolkata.
During the campaign, Jaya was seen pushing and shoving a fan trying to take a selfie during her Howrah roadshow.
A video that has surfaced on social media shows Jaya Bachchan losing her temper at the man trying to take a selfie and pushing him away from the vehicle she was seated in.
In the video, a man tries to take a selfie with Jaya Bachchan by climbing on her vehicle. On which the Samajwadi party leader lost her temper and pushed the fan.
While the exact reason of her anger is not known, it’s quite possible that COVID-19 may be a factor as the fan was not wearing a mask while, unlike other politicians, Jaya Bachchan kept her mask on during her campaign throughout the day. Jaya Bachhan also held roadshows in Tollygunge and Shibpur in favour of TMC candidates.
The incident took place on Thursday, but the video has gone viral on Jaya Bachchan's birthday, April 9.
According to TMC sources, the four-term Samajwadi Party MP will be doing roadshows and rallies till April 11.
This is not the first time, the Samajwadi Party leader lost her temper. Bachchan has often snapped at journalists and fans at many instances. Once Jaya Bachchan became furious and slammed a reporter who was addressing blue-eyed actress with Aish and ‘Aishwarya'.
Hearing this, Jaya's face turned red with fury as she took over that person and said, ‘ye Aishwarya kya hota hain huh?, Tumhari class mein padhti thi kya? (Why are you calling her Aishwarya? Was she your classmate?)
Realising the situation going miserable, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan consoled her mom-in-law and asked her to leave.
