Wanted terrorist Zakir Moosa releases new audio tape; asks Kashmiri youths not to rally behind Congress, BJP

In the unconfirmed recording Moosa has asked people of Kashmir to take cue from attacks in Europe and use heavy vehicles to crush people without using any arms or ammunitions.

New Delhi: An audio tape claiming to be that of most-wanted militant commander Zakir Moosa has surfaced on the internet wherein he can be heard inciting the youths of Kashmir to take up the course of jihad. In the unconfirmed tape,  Moosa is heard addressing the Kashmiri youths and asking them to be part of Jihad. He has asked them to not to rally or align with Congress or BJP or any other political party for the matter. He has also directed them not to lose their focus from Jihad. In the 3 minute 21 second long recording Moosa has asked them to take cue from attacks in Europe and use big vehicles to crush people without using any arms or ammunitions. Earlier this month, report about Moosa’s alleged presence in Punjab had put the state’s machinery on high alert.  The Punjab police had released posters of Moosa and had placed them all over Punjab, with a message requesting people to inform cops in case they see someone similar. Moosa, two others among most wanted terrorists still alive: Moosa is one among the three surviving militant commanders out of the 12 most wanted militant commanders. The Indian Army in June 2017 had prepared a list of 12 most wanted militants and launched an operation all out against the militancy which has seen a fresh life post the killing of Burhan Wani in July 2016. Out of the 12 Most Wanted Militants, Only three have survived the storm which includes Zakir Musa, Zeenat ul Islam and Riyaz Naikoo. WATCH:
