Republic Day Parade Live Streaming: Know How To Register For Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav

Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated to commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.

New Delhi: As a part of the Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav which was launched last week at a virtual conference, the Republic Day parade can be live-streamed on mygov.in.

Aside from live streaming the 73rd Republic Day parade, the talented youth with the opportunity to be a part of the 73rd Republic Day Celebrations but also celebrate Amrit Mahotsav to the fullest.

Viewers will not online be able to view both the parade and the beating retreat live but will be able to take part in various activities. People will be virtually connected to Indians across the country - and the world - watching the Republic Day LIVE, and also get a collector’s edition ‘Certificate of Commitment’ for showing your love & solidarity for the 73rd Republic Day.

According to PTI, the programme unveiled year-long initiatives dedicated to Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by the Brahma Kumaris, which include more than 30 campaigns and over 15,000 programmes and events, the Prime Minister's Office said a day before the keynote address.

How to register:

  • To register all you have to do is visit mygov.in.
  • Click 'Register now'.
  • Enter your details and press get OTP which you will have to enter to finish the registering process.

However, if you hope to catch the parade at Rajpath you can buy the tickets at the following locations - Sena Bhawan (Gate No 2), Shastri Bhawan Counter (Near Gate 3), Jamnagar House (Opp India Gate), Pragati Maidan (Gate 1), Parliament House Reception Office - Special Counter for Members of Parliament. Ticket counters will be closed on January 26.

Covid guidelines:

  • Senior citizens and children younger than 15 are not allowed at the location. 
  • Visitors should have a full vaccination certificate along with ID.
  • Visitors are requested to maintain social distance and wear masks at all times.
