An 850-metre-long heritage street will be constructed from the existing museum to the ancestral house of the freedom fighter at Khatkar Kalan, Mann said.
He said that he has already asked the tourism and culture department to set the wheels in motion for this project. The CM said that the state government was duty-bound to realise the dreams of great martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
"All of us have to make strenuous efforts to realise the dreams of martyrs," he said.
On Thursday, the chief minister paid tribute to Bhagat Singh in Khatkar Kalan.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru as the country observes Martyrs' Day which marks their death anniversary.
Modi tweeted, "India will always remember the sacrifice of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru. These are greats who made an unparalleled contribution to our freedom struggle”.

The prime minister also posted a clip of his earlier addresses lauding the three freedom fighters.
In the year 1931, the three freedom fighters were hanged by the British in what is known as the 'Lahore conspiracy' case. The trio was found guilty of the murder of deputy police superintendent JP Saunders in 1928, to avenge the death of Lala Lajpat Rai. Bhagat Singh was 23, Rajguru was 22 and Sukhdev was 23 when they were hanged to death at Lahore Central Jail. The sacrifice and valour of the three is considered one of the most inspirational chapters of the Indian freedom movement.
