A Delhi court on Monday while denying BRS leader K Kavitha interim bail said that she cannot be entitled to discretion in her favour by virtue of her being a woman. The court ruled that she is a well placed and well educated woman and by no means can be called a "vulnerable woman." The court also ruled that the exam related anxiety of her child is not a valid reason for granting her bail.
