Mumbai: After a month of hard work, the forest department officials finally nabbed and gunned down the savage tigress that had killed 13 people and dozens of animals in last few days. As per the forest officials, they tried to nab the tigress alive, but she didn’t come under control and hence had to be shot dead.
The authorities are now looking for its two children, because it will be difficult for them to survive for long without their mother in a jungle.

The authorities had last month ordered to gun her down, looking at the terror she had created, post which groups related to animal welfare had protested against the same.
Around 10 months ago, the tigress began killing people 10 months ago in Ralegao in Yavatmal. Several attempts were made by forest official teams but they didn’t get success.
