Madhya Pradesh: Four National-Level Hockey Players Killed In Car Accident
The identities of the deceased and the injured are yet to be ascertained by the police.
New Delhi: In a major road mishap four national-level hockey players were killed in Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh on early Monday morning, news agency ANI reported. Three others were left injured in the accident.
The car accident took place on National Highway 69 near Raisalpur village in Hoshangabad.
All the four players who died in the accident were from Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy. The players were travelling from Itarsi to Hoshangabad to play Dhyan Chandra Trophy when their car met with accident near Raisalpur.
The identities of the deceased and the injured are yet to be ascertained by the police.
The images of the site showed a badly damaged vehicle.
