India International Trade Fair 2023: All You Need To Know On Timings, Entry Tickets, Traffic Advisory

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Delhi: Planning a visit to the International Trade Fair? Here are all the details you will need on timing, venue, tickets, and travel advisory.

The India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2023, which kicked off on Tuesday at Delhi's Pragati Maidan, has already started drawing crowds and the footfall is likely to increase during the weekends. The annual event, which brings manufacturers, traders, exporters and importers on a common platform, will be held till November 27.

While entry to the fair will be limited to business visitors from November 14 to 18, the general public will be allowed from November 19 to 27. This year, the theme of IITF is "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - United by Trade" and 3,500 exhibitors from both India and abroad are participating in the fair.

Businesses from 13 countries, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Oman, Egypt, Nepal, Thailand, Turkiye, Vietnam, Tunisia, Kyrgystan, Lebanon, Iran and UAE, have set up their pavilions at the Bharat Mandapam, which recently hosted the G20 Summit.

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Timings

The trade fair is being held from November 14-27 and one can visit the site between 10.00 am to 7.30 pm. General public will be allowed from November 19. Entry will be barred after 5.30 pm on all days.

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Ticket Availability And Price

Tickets can be bought both offline and online. Offline tickets can be purchased from customer care/special ticket counters at 55 metro stations from 9 am to 4 pm. However, tickets are not available at Supreme Court metro station, which is the nearest station to the venue.

  • Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda), Shahdara, Dilshad Garden, Inderlok, Rohini West, Netaji Subhash Place, Rithala – Red Line. 
  • Samaypur Badli, Azadpur, Jahangir Puri, Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar, Rajiv Chowk, New Delhi, Central Secretariat, Saket, Delhi Haat INA, Sikanderpur, Millennium City Centre Gurugram – Yellow line.
  • Noida Electronic City, Noida City Centre, Sector-52 Noida, Indraprastha, Barakhamba, Mandi House, Karol Bagh, Rajouri Garden, Kirti Nagar, Uttam Nagar East, Dwarka, Dwarka Mor, Vaishali, Karkarduma, Anand Vihar ISBT, Laxmi Nagar – Blue Line.
  • Punjabi Bagh, Brig. Hoshiar Singh, Mundka – Green Line
  • Kashmere Gate, ITO, Delhi Gate, Lajpat Nagar, Badarpur Border, Kalkaji Mandir, Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) – Violet Line.
  • Mayur Vihar-I, Welcome, Sarojini Nagar, Majlis Park, Shiv Vihar – Pink Line.
  • Janak Puri West, Botanical Garden, Hauz Khas, Munirka – Magenta Line.
  • Dhansa Bus Stand – Grey Line.
  • Dwarka Sector-21 – Airport Express Line.

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Ticket Prices

November 14-18 (Business Days): Adult - Rs 500; Child - Rs 150 (non-weekend days), Rs 200 (weekend and gazetted holidays)

November 20-27 (General Days): Adult - Rs 80 (weekdays), Rs 150 (weekend and gazetted holidays); Child - Rs 40 (weekdays), Rs 60 (weekend and gazetted holidays)

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Entry

The Supreme Court metro station is the nearest station to the IITF venue. Visitors may also avail shuttle service for entry through gate 6 and 4.

Visitors will only be allowed entry from gate number 1, 4, 6 and 10. Gate numbers 5A, 5B, 7, 8 and 9 are out of bounds for visitors. Exhibitors are allowed to enter from gate number 1, 4, 5B and 10. Media persons can enter from gate number 5B and ITPO officials from gate number 9 and 1.

IITF Trade Fair 2023 Traffic Advisory

In a detailed advisory, Delhi Traffic Police has cautioned that congestion can be expected for two weeks at Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, Shershah Road and Purana Quila Road. The advisory further said no vehicle would be allowed to park anywhere on Mathura Road and Bhairon Marg. Vehicles of visitors will also not be allowed to be parked on Sher Shah Road, Purana Quila Road, Bhagwan Dass Road and Tilak Marg.

Those violating parking guidelines will be prosecuted and their vehicles will be towed away. The towed away vehicles will be parked in National Stadium near gate number 5.

Those coming by personal vehicles can park their vehicles at basement parking no. 1 (entry and exit from Bhairon Marg), Bhairon Mandir parking on Bhairon Road and Delhi Zoo parking. Exhibitors can use basement parking no. 2 located under Bharat Mandapam.
