Political leaders, security forces and Yoga enthusiasts leave no stone unturned in marking Yoga Day in special ways.

New Delhi: On the occasion of the 4th International Yoga Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led celebrations  at the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun among thousands of people. People all around the world celebrate this day to profess and inculcate the importance of Yoga and the importance of staying fit. It is seen as a unifying force, according to the PM. “The way to lead a calm, creative & content life is Yoga. It can show the way in defeating tensions and mindless anxiety. Instead of dividing, Yoga unites. Instead of further animosity, Yoga assimilates. Instead of increasing suffering, Yoga heals” said the PM expressing his views on Yoga while addressing the people at Dehradun.
