Fire at Mumbai’s Somwari Bazar area of Malad West; rescue underway

As per the police officials, no casualties have been reported so far.

New Delhi: A fire broke out in Somwari Bazar area of Malad West in Mumbai on Tuesday at around 11:30am. Immediately after the incident, 8 fire tenders, water tankers and ambulances were rushed to the spot to douse the fire and rush the injured to the hospital. As per the police officials, no casualties have been reported so far. Bombay Talkies is located at NL road near Somwari Bazaar in Malad West area of Mumbai.

Teams of fire brigade and ambulances are currently at the spot. More details on the same are awaited.
