Delhi: Watch BJP President Manoj Tiwari sings song praising those in queues, calls them ‘patriots'
New Delhi: The Delhi Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) president Manoj Tiwari sang a song but this time, for a change, it was not for a movie or a video album.
BJP leader sang the song praising those standing in queues, after demonetisation, for taking out their hard earned cash.
He also called them ‘patriots’ in the song.
"Deshbhakt hai katar mein, lagi hai bhari bheed", (In queue, patriots are standing) he sang amid applauds.
He sang a song during a program in the Moti Bagh area of the national capital, on Sunday.
Interestingly, in the new year season, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also come out with his "lucky draw scheme" under which those making online payments/transactions will get Rs 1000 if their name come out in the draw which will be held on 25th December.

Manoj Tiwari is a singer, actor, television presenter and music director turned politician from Bihar. He has acted in the Bhojpuri genre of the Indian film industry. He, in 2005, was reported to be one of the two leading male stars of that genre.
He also contested the 2009 national elections for the Samajwadi Party.
