Daati seeks two-day time to appear before police, close aide makes big revelations
Daati Maharaj's close aide reveals the truth behind the 'shila' set up in Shani Dham.
New Delhi: Rape accused self-styled godman Madan Rajasthani alias Daati Maharaj has sought two days of time for appearing before police.
He has asked to appear before the police on Wednesday.
Daati was supposed to appear before Delhi Police Crime Bracnch on Monday by 11 am n the morning which he failed to do.
He did not appear before the court as well, where he was supposed to appear by 2 pm.
Daati has gone into hiding after his ashrams in Mehrauli, Delhi and Pali, Rajsthan were raided by police.
Meanwhile Bansilal Mewada a close aide of Daati Maharaj has made big revelations about the ashram which has poseda big question mark on the credibility of the shrine in Shani Dham.
He said that the black boulder (Shila) that is set up in the Shani Dham in Pali Ashram and is worshipped by people in the shrine, is actually a granite boulder given to him by a follower.
If the revelation stands true, the rape-accused baba will also face troubles for playing with the faith of people.
The victim, a disciple of Daati, had levelled rape allegations on two locations - Delhi’s Fatehpuri Beri where he has his registered office in Mehrauli locality and in the Pali ashram in Rajasthan two years ago. As per reports, because of fear and social stigma, the victim did not file a complaint earlier.
Daati Maharaj has however categorically denied the allegations of sexually assaulting his own female disciple and has said that he will fully co-operate the police in the probe.
He has been absconding ever since police decided to raid his ashrams.
