Bihar Elections 2020:  Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday released BJP's manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in Bihar, where she spoke about the government preparations for the Covid-19 vaccine and went on to say that each individual in the state will get the vaccine for free.
