Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar assured Prime Minister Narendra Modi of his steadfast commitment to the NDA during the latter's visit to Aurangabad district.
In a public meeting held in Aurangabad, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reaffirmed his allegiance to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at the gathering, Kumar assured PM Modi of his steadfast commitment, stating, "...You (PM Modi) had come earlier as well, 'par idhar hum gayab ho gaye the. Hum phir aapke saath hai.' I assure you that I will not go here and there. 'Hum rahenge aap hi ke saath'."

“I am confident that the NDA coalition will win more than 400 seats in the coming Lok Sabha polls. I assure the PM that now I will remain in NDA forever”, he was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.
“We welcome you (the PM) in Bihar. Lots of developments are taking place in Bihar. I am confident that now things will move faster and Bihar will reach new heights of development. People of Bihar will now feel economically more empowered,” he remarked.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar dumped the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and returned to his old ally BJP last month.

PM Narendra Modi Inaugurates Projects Worth Rs 21,400 Cr In Bihar's Aurangabad
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Bihar's Aurangabad district to unveil a series of development projects worth Rs 21,400 crore. The inauguration took place at an official function in Ratanwa village, where Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Governor Rajendra V Arlekar, Deputy CMs Samat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, along with several Union ministers, were present. This marks Modi's first visit to Bihar since the BJP-led NDA returned to power in the state.
During the event, Modi unveiled national highway projects valued at over Rs 18,000 crore and laid the foundation stone for a six-lane bridge over the Ganga. Additionally, he dedicated three railway projects to the nation and inaugurated several initiatives under the Namami Gange scheme. Among these were sewerage treatment plants in various districts and the foundation stone laying ceremony of Unity Mall in Patna.
Earlier, Prime Minister Modi extended birthday greetings to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on his 73rd birthday, wishing him a long and healthy life in service of the people.
