At the time of filing this report, the party does not open up and remains inaccessible, suggesting that it has been taken offline. Several screenshots of the homepage of the party site which went viral on social media appear to show a meme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel. Congress could not resist taking a dig at its arch rivals, the BJP . "If you’re not looking at the BJP website right now -- you’re missing out," said Divya Spandana, head of social media for the main opposition party. On Sunday, there were reports that Pakistan cyber hackers tried to attack more than 90 Indian websites post the February 14 Pulwama terror attack in which40 CRPF jawans were martyred.
