NCB Deputy Director-General, South West Region, Mutha Ashok Jain, said that Wankhede has “categorically denied” the allegations.

“The affidavit of witness Prabhakar Sail in a Crime Case of NCB has come to my notice. As he is a witnesses and the matter is still under consideration, he needs to submit his request to the court instead of social media. Our zonal director Sameer Wankhede has denied the allegations,” he said, ANI reported.

Sail has alleged through an affidavit that his signature was taken on a blank paper claiming it to be a statement (panchnama).

He claimed through his affidavit that he was with key witness KP Gosavi on the night the NCB raided the cruise.

Sail revealed that he has no information about the raid operation on the cruise. He also made shocking revelations about the money transactions in his affidavit.

Sail said that he saw the man named Sam D'Souza near the NCB office for the first time with KP Gosavi. He also claimed to have shot some videos during the cruise raid, one of which features Aryan Khan talking to someone over the phone in the presence of KP Gosavi.

Sail alleged that he had heard KP Gosavi and Sam D'Souza talking about Rs 25 crore. He also heard that it was fixed at 18 crore.
