However, while speaking with ABP News, Akhilesh Yadav stated that he hasn't recieved any such invitation so far.

Former deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma is an exception, having been invited to the yatra in his position as a professor at Lucknow University. Ravikant, another university professor, has also been invited.
The Bharat Jodo Yatra, led by Rahul Gandhi, will reach Uttar Pradesh on January 3 through Loni near Ghaziabad. It will then reach Haryana through Baghpat and Shamli.
According to Congress spokesperson Ashok Singh, the party has sent invites to key opposition figures in the state to participate in the yatra, PTI reported.
In today's world, where individuals are not permitted to express their opinions, this yatra is the only way to learn about people's views, according to the spokesperson.
The entire opposition shares essentially the same opinion about this administration, hence they have been asked to join the yatra, according to a party spokesperson.
The Congress has invited SP MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav, BSP general secretary Satish Mishra, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party leader Omprakash Rajbhar, and Communist Party of India secretary Atul Anjan, in addition to Yadav, Mayawati, and Chaudhary, he claimed.
Former Union minister Salman Khurshid, the yatra's state coordinator, told reporters last week that the Bharat Jodo Yatra is for the entire country and that politicians from all parties will be asked to participate. He had not, however, revealed the names of the leaders who would be invited.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the Congress general secretary who led the party's campaign in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections earlier this year, will join the yatra across the state on all three days.
The Kanyakumari-to-Kashmir yatra, which has travelled over 2,800 kilometres across ten states, is taking a nine-day winter break and will continue on January 3. It began on September 7 in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, and will end in Kashmir early next year.
