The fire initially started from a cafe located on the building in Bengaluru's Koramangala on Wednesday.

A fire broke out at a multi-story building in Koramangala area of Bengaluru on Wednesday leaving two members seriously injured. The fire initially started from a cafe located on the building on Wednesday. After the passersby heard loud cries and explosion, they informed fire and rescue personnel who rushed to the spot to douse the fire. No casualties have been reported in the incident.

According to ANI, a massive fire broke out at Koramangala cafe in Bengaluru. Fire tenders are present at the spot and further details are awaited.

According to One India, the fire was reported in a building opposite Forum Mall. It is reported that the fire was caused due to gas cylinder explosion in the Mudpipe Cafe ( a hookah bar) on Tavarekere Main Road in Bengaluru.

Four fire tenders are involved in putting out the fire.

Man Jumps From Fourth Floor To Escape Fire

According to IANS, a person who was caught in the fire on the fourth floor jumped off the building. He fell on a tree and was immediately taken to the hospital.

Preliminary investigation by police revealed that a gas leakage in the kitchen of Mudpipe Hookah Cafe triggered the fire.

The blaze soon engulfed the entire pub within a matter of few minutes. The staff immediately ran out for life and escaped the billowing smoke and fire. No customers were at the pub at the time of the incident.

A couple of two-wheelers caught fire after the pub's sheets and other equipment collapsed onto the parking lot.

It is also believed that eight or ten LPG cylinders burst during the fire, severely destroying the structure.

The building also has a vehicle showroom. Sadduguntepalya police have registered a case and further investigation are on.
