Delhi BJP MLAs To Meet President Murmu To Demand AAP Govt's Dismissal
Demanding the dismissal of the AAP government over a host of issues, including allegations of corruption against its ministers, Delhi BJP MLAs will meet President Droupadi Murmu.
In a statement last week, Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said that the AAP had used abusive language against Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena.
"Along with the use of abusive language against the LG, the files sent to him are not even signed by the chief minister. Cabinet notes are sent to him after the cabinet meeting. In view of all these illegal activities, this government should be immediately dismissed," he demanded.
Former Delhi BJP state president and Lok Sabha MP Manoj Tiwari has demanded the immediate resignation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia after showing the video of the sting operation related to the liquor scam at the BJP headquarters.
Cyrus Mistry's Funeral To Take Place In Mumbai On Tuesday
The last rites of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry will be performed at the Worli crematorium in Mumbai at 10 am on Tuesday. Noted industrialist and former chairman of Tata Sons, Mistry died in a road accident near Mumbai on Sunday evening. According to Palghar police, Mistry was going from Ahmedabad to Mumbai when his car collided with the divider. There were four people in the car. Two including Mistry died on the spot, while the other two have been admitted to the hospital.
“Some family members are arriving in Mumbai by tonight (Monday night). Mistry's body will be taken to Worli crematorium tomorrow and will be cremated at 11 am,” the family member said, as reported by PTI.

"62 people including 25 children and 2 senior citizens rescued till now amid heavy rains in Bengaluru," news agency ANI quoted the National Disaster Relief Fund as saying. IMD forecast shows no respite from rains for the next 2-3 days.
