According to the reports, the incident broke out at the King Soopers store in Boulder, some 30 miles (50 kilometers) northwest of the state capital Denver. The Boulder Police informed that a person of interest is in custody. "He was injured and is being treated for his injury."

SC To Hear Mumbai Ex-CP's Plea On Wednesday For CBI Probe Against Anil Deshmukh
The Supreme Court will Wednesday hear the plea by Mumbai's former Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh seeking direction for immediate "impartial and fair" CBI probe into alleged corrupt malpractices of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. As per the Wednesday's cause list uploaded on the apex court website, the petition would come up for hearing before a bench comprising Justices S K Kaul and R S Reddy.
